The stay was absolutely fine. The hotel was a superb base for enjoying a historic area, near the cafe on the premises as well as city centre & old town. Its location at a medium distance from Plaza Mayor Caceres was excellent.

The hotel is a few steps away from Plaza Mayor and the Ciudad Monumental. Note it has a deal with parking Obispo Galarza off Calle Parra very close to the hotel. By the way there is an entrance to the hotel on the same avenue.
The hotel is not new but location and price more than compensates.

There were central heating, a multi-channel television and a writing desk in my twin room. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was great, just off shops and old town and easily accessible.

Excellent position in the historic centre. Well placed for bus connections to railway and bus stations - both of which are on the edge of town. Very spacious rooms, with classic Spanish features. Very good and interesting breakfast. Very good series of art works around the hotel. A memorable place to stay and excellent value for money

Located just steps from the main square and the entrance to the old city. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Many bars and restaurants nearby and a good elevator. Strong and reliable internet. Close to supermarkets and within walking distance to everything. Helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the central location near the historic quarter. Reasonable parking with a nearby garage. Courteous and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet.

The location is just perfect, really close to the city center and the "plaza mayor". The room was clean and with enough space for two people. The staff was very nice and sympathetic. The fact that they accept pets is also great.
The room was a bit too hot and there is no air-conditioning.
